| Reports have been redesigned in line with our new look, as well as being improved and adapted to be used by anyone casting a job.
We have updated the look of the presentations, and created 'generic' presentations to be used by anyone in casting or production. |

| Briefing multiple Agents has been simplified by making the Agent notification web based. This means that Casting Directors can brief as many Agents as they like, including non-subscribing Agents. Agents receive an email with a link which opens up the brief exactly as it appears online. All scripts, reference pictures and other attachments can easily be accessed. |

| We released a redesigned version of Talent searches, incorporating a host of small enhancements to the overall functionality, navigation, usability and reliability of searches.
These changes included simplifying communication with Talent for Agents, so they can now access Talent contact details directly from searches. We've also added an option for the user to select multiple Talent at the click of a button. What's more is that we now show all the shortlisted Talent in the search summary page with links directly to the shortlists for ease of use and enhancing the shortlist packages that are sent out have now been improved.

| We've added the functionality for Agents to communicate more easily with their Talent directly from jobs. This includes now being able to email Talent directly from any stage of the job, either individually or in group emails. This enables Agents to easily send out scripts, references and directions, as well as casting times and wardrobe details, without leaving the job they are working on. |
