bullet Talent Showcase for Fullhouse Agents

Showcase? What's that?

The WholeBangShoot Talent Showcase allows anyone to view Talent from your Agency by simply clicking your logo in the littleblackbook on the WholeBangShoot website.

NB:
If you select Talent to Showcase, the link to your Agency's website on the the littleblackbook with be replaced.

bullet How does it work?
There are two ways to Showcase your Talent.

Option 1 - Bulk Talent Showcase

  1. Select the 'Find Talent' button.
  2. When the search function is displayed, do NOT enter anything specific, hit search (This will pull up all your talent records on WBS).
  3. On the top right hand side you will see a drop down menu in which you can select your talent for Email or Showcase. You have the Option to Select ALL talent for the showcase or a few.
  4. To select records of your own choice, in the drop down select 'Showcase', you will notice Tick boxes appear next to the talent record. Tick the boxes of the talent you would like to showcase and click 'GO'.
  5. By selecting 'Showcase All', all your talent on the page will automatically be inserted into your Showcase after you click 'GO'.

Option 2 - Individual Talent record

  1. You can always go into each talents record individually and select it for Showcase.
  2. On the left hand side in the list of tabs select 'Find Talent'.
  3. The search function will then be displayed. Type in the talents name and surname and click 'Search'.
  4. The Talent record will be displayed on the 'Details' tab.
  5. The Showcase option is displayed below the Fax Number on the talent record. Select the tick box 'Yes' and click 'OK' at the bottom of the page to save.

Please note that each page needs to be updated and saved separately.

bullet How to view all Talent in your Showcase

  • On WholeBangShoot's home page, select the littleblackbook tab.
  • Search for your own Company Details, click on your Company Logo, this will take you to your online Showcase.
  • You can search through your Showcase via the Talent's name, gender or alphabetically.
  • Please note a minimum of two Talent records needs to be selected for the Showcase to be viewed.
