We've added the functionality for Agents to communicate more easily with their Talent directly from jobs. This includes now being able to email Talent directly from any stage of the job, either individually or in group emails. This enables Agents to easily send out scripts, references and directions, as well as casting times and wardrobe details, without leaving the job they are working on. It's just one of the reasons that it is vital that Agents enter their Talent's email address on the Talent details tab.
The full Talent record is also now linked to every stage of the job, so Agents can easily check anything from sizes to contact numbers to facilitate the easy communication and information exchange when working on briefs.
All privacy is still carefully protected, and only Agents have access to their confidential Talent information. |
