We released a redesigned version of Talent searches, incorporating a host of small enhancements to the overall functionality, navigation, usability and reliability of searches.
These changes included:
- Simplifying communication with Talent for agents, whereby they can now access Talent contact details directly from searches.
- Adding an option for the user to select multiple Talent at the click of a button. This will show all the short listed Talent in the search summary page with links directly to the shortlists for ease of use, enhancing the shortlist packages being sent out.
A host of additional changes were made to improve the overall usability of searches. The results have been significant. Agents can now easily keep track of the number of searches they have done. They can also see an overview of which searches have results attached, and of those, which searches have shortlists attached. This makes it very easy for Agents to edit and/or resend shortlists.
Shortlists are now also automatically saved as soon as they are created. A copy of the shortlist is automatically sent to the Agent when they email it to a client. This ensures that you know when the client received it, and gives you something to refer back to if the client has any queries. |
