| A: eZCards are our upgraded new release of your online Talent packaging tool. The tool allows Agents to search their Talent base, shortlist Talent, and then send the shortlist as a package to anyone, with their own Agency branding and details. |
| Q: What are the differences between WBS current Talent packages and eZCards? |
| A: The new eZCards have your own Agency branding and contact details automatically included on them. The layout is cleaner and simpler and the package is interactive. This means that if you make changes to the package, the client will see those changes immediately. For example, if you added additional Talent. |
| Q: Do Agents pay per package or per Talent when sending eZCards? |
| A: NEITHER! We do not charge you anything extra, not matter how many Talent you include in the package, or how many times you send them out. |
| Q: Who currently has access to the package functionality? |
| A: All subscribing Agents on the Agent FullHouse package. |
| Q: What branding will WholeBangShoot use on the packages? |
| A: We are requesting that you send us the branding that we require and will then be implementing it into the system before we launch the eZCards live on the site. This way, the first time you use the enhanced tool, your branding will be included. |
| Q: Will Agents be able to update their contact details on the eZCards? |
| A: Yes. As soon as contact details are updated on the site, the contact details on the branded packages will be updated automatically. |
| Q: What branding will show when a Casting Director sends out a package? |
| A: The Casting Director's own branding will show, but the individual Talent records will reflect the relevant Agent's details. |
| Q: Will there be an additional cost to the subscriber for the addition of eZCards? |
| A: No. We are committed to continuing product development and improvement and this enhancement is simply a part of that commitment. |
