Briefing multiple Agents has been simplified by making the Agent notification web based. This means that Casting Directors can brief as many Agents as they like, including non-subscribing agents. Agents receive an email with a link which opens up the brief exactly as it appears online. All scripts, reference pictures and other attachments can easily be accessed. No more links!
Throughout the job, notes, provisions and rate issues can be seen simply by hovering one’s mouse over the corresponding N,P or C. No more having to go to each record to see what is happening. This ensures that no important information on rates is overlooked, and also means that when a Casting Director is looking through Talent suggestions they can quickly and easily see what the Note or Provision relates to without having to leave the suggested page.
Also, Talent CV's are now immediately available throughout the Talent tab in the job, so that more pictures, and more information on Talent can be seen at the click of a button. Casting Directors can choose to either view only the headshots of Talent, or they can view the entire CV. |
